2. Things Partners in Complete Health will provide:

  • PDF Say Ahh Screening Invitation Template
  • PDF Say Ahh Movie Poster
  • Identify the top influencers in your community and get them onboard (PICH membership required)
  • Support your team with the registration process and enrolling patients
  • Help with CE accreditation through PACE/AGD if eligible
  • Setup a game plan for your event during a free consultation with Dr. Heather Lucas, National Director of Partners In Complete Health (PICH membership required)
  • Pick the ideal time for your event based on your schedule and marketing needs.
  • Help you decide if you wish to us TUGG* or host your screening by utilizing only the kit we provide. *Tugg is an optional paid service that will take on more responsibility in helping you setup your event.
  • An online landing page so you can capture your registrations (PICH membership required)
  • 3 email reminders to your registrants (PICH membership required)

  • Copy of the film for your theater/event location

  • Team Shirts – a great way to let your guests know who is leading the movement!

Option 1

Host a screening in your own private venue!

Some examples may include:

  • Local college screening room or auditorium
  • Local Dental School
  • Local high school
  • A friend’s home theater
  • Library
  • Convention Center
  • City Hall
  • AMC, United Artists or another corporate theater chain in your community (NOTE: we strongly advise going through Tugg, if you decide to take this route, using Tugg may significantly reduce the cost for you!)

How it Works

Step 1: Lock down the theater venue of your choice.

Step 2: SPREAD THE WORD

Share your event through email, social media, invitations, etc. with your friends, family & community.

Advertising: This part is key. You can post flyers and movie posters all over town, i.e. dental offices, libraries, grocery stores, coffee shops and bookstores. Wherever you can find a public bulletin board, tack it on! Be sure to ask permission from the store managers before posting anything! Partners in Complete Health will provide you with a movie poster PDF so that you can make copies and spread the word throughout your local community. Make sure that your phone number is somewhere on the poster and/or flyer so that guests can contact you if they want to attend or have any questions. Lastly, Take advantage of social media! You can post www.sayahhthemovie.com and your screening information on your personal Facebook page, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Invitations:

1. As a team, compile a guest list of the invitees for the premiere.

2. Create a spreadsheet with all of their contact information, such as first and last name, address, zip, city & state, phone number, etc. (Phone number is important for you to have for follow-up when the premiere is complete). This will help you stay organized!

3. Update the invitation template (Provided by Partners in Complete Health) with the location of your theater, time & date of the screening.

4. Send the invitations approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to your screening.

Step 4: ENJOY THE SHOW!

The best part of all of this planning is the day of the SCREENING! You will get to see all of your hard work pay off! As the attendees arrive to the theater, make sure that they are greeted with a SMILE, given a name-tag (this will make them feel important!) and are directed to sign-in. The sign-in sheet is a great way to stay connected after the screening is over. Make sure to take a lot of pictures of your exciting day! And remember, this is YOUR event, so personalize it by hosting an in-theater introduction, discussion or Q&A! Sit back, relax & have fun with it!

Step 5: FOLLOW UP

Once you have hosted this event, you’ll find that you’ve become really dedicated to the cause. You will have made new friends and see the Complete Health message coming alive in your local community all because of YOU! We can’t wait to hear about how your event went. Working With Tugg

Step 1: CREATE AN EVENT

…by visiting http://www.tugg.com/titles/say-ahh

Step 2: SELECT YOUR EVENT DETAILS

…and then Tugg will reserve the theater and give you a personalized event page for your screening.

Create a Login on the Tugg Website: http://www.tugg.com/users/register
1. Go to >Homepage on Tugg’s Website
2. Click > Create Event
3. Provide Tugg with all of the requested information that they need to get started with planning your screening!

The Fine Print:

  • Each screening will be given a personalized event page where your guests can go to learn about the event, purchase tickets, learn about the host (you), sponsors (if applicable), donate to a charity of your choice, etc.
  • You will be able to choose whether you want to have your guests purchase tickets or if you would like to cover all costs and simply hand out “promo codes” to attendees.
  • If you would like to encourage your guests to donate to a charity or organization of your choice, make sure to let Tugg know as soon as you begin the planning process so that they can create that option on your personalized event page.
  • If you would like to have someone or a company (i.e. Henry Schein, etc.) sponsor your screening in order to decrease ticket costs or remove ticket costs all together, make sure to let Tugg know as soon as you begin the planning process!
  • Sponsors can be highlighted on the personalized event page (this is a great way for them to market themselves while supporting a great cause).
  • Tugg will send the Say Ahh film media to the theater (one more thing you don’t need to worry about!).
  • Now, we know what you are thinking, “How much will all of this cost?” The answer: Each screening will be given a monetary threshold that MUST be met by a given deadline in order for the screening to take place. The threshold is determined by the theater rental costs, Tugg costs and other fees. From this calculation, you will then determine how many tickets you need to sell (or sponsor) in order to show the film in your community!
  • For example, if your threshold is $700, you will need to sell (or sponsor) 70 tickets for $10 each in order for the screening to take place.
  • What happens if we don’t meet the threshold by the deadline? Don’t worry! If the threshold isn’t reached, the event will be called off and no one will be charged for their ticket purchase. (We know that this won’t happen because ALL of you are ROCKSTARS in the Complete Health Movement!)
  • This may sound complicated but HAVE NO FEAR, TUGG IS HERE! They will support you in determining and fulfilling the threshold for your screening.

Step 4: MEET THE THRESHOLD

Sell enough tickets or fully sponsor your event before the event deadline to ensure that your screening will be confirmed! Don’t worry, if the threshold is not reached, the event will be called off and no one will be charged for their ticket purchase!

Step 5: ENJOY THE SHOW!
